Toward 2023: the search for new talents for frontier technologies and the launch of #withoutborders Teoresi’s global mobility program
CorporateThere are still a few weeks left until the end of the year, but Teoresi’s planning is already looking at the first months of 2023, which promise to be exciting and full of initiatives, aimed not only at the Italian territory but characterized by a strong international scope.
A few months ago, starting from our internal communication channels, we have launched the global mobility program #withoutborders.
As a pillar that has proven to be fundamental for our development in these years, our “global mindset,”, has never left us and today, thanks to the “new normal,” we can think again without borders about the opportunities offered by the Teoresi’s Talent and Recruiting teams.
The program is aimed at all colleagues, who want to have medium- or long-term international growth experience in our offices in Germany, Switzerland and the United States with the possibility of bringing skills back to the Italian territory, and also at new hires on the basis of seniority accrued and knowledge needed for current or starting projects.
In-demand profiles are computer, mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, aerospace and biomedical engineers, as well as mathematics, physics and computer science graduates, who will have the opportunity to work on frontier technologies that will be central to the market in the next decade.
In particular, the areas of application are smart mobility, with assisted driving and autonomous driving technologies, rail and aerospace, which require not only skills in technology but also to comply with specific industry regulations; and financial and life science technologies, which are innovating the world of payments and health.
The most involved Italian locations in the recruiting campaign for the 500 new profiles are Turin, Modena and Naples.
It is important not to forget the attention already shown by Teoresi to the need for proximity to the territory expressed by many talents, concretized by the opening of offices in regions we invested in to develop local technological districts, and today to create and foster the best conditions for south working.
