Teoresi at FED 2024: Beyond Bias in AI – Contamination Nurtures Inclusion. 

Teoresi is among the companies invited to the 21st edition of the European Digital Forum, which will take place on June 6th and 7th at Real Collegio in Lucca. During the two-day event, the focus will be on exploring developments in the digital world, particularly in artificial intelligence, media, and cutting-edge technologies. 

FED, with its twenty-one years of history, is one of the longest-running events in the Media, TV, and Digital sector in Europe. With the participation of 39 countries and over 7,000 high-profile attendees, the event is recognized by the industry as an important meeting point for business networking. 

Beatrice Borgia, Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Teoresi Group, will open the second day of FED with her speech “Beyond Bias in AI: Contamination Nurtures Inclusion.” 

At the core of the speech is the value of diversity and inclusion in the corporate world, fundamental elements for innovation and growth, and the decisive (and useful) role that technologies such as artificial intelligence can play in this awareness process. Specifically, the discussion will focus on the Group’s commitment to an ethical approach to AI, applied in numerous internal research and development projects, from telemedicine to autonomous driving. Concrete examples of actions and initiatives undertaken in recent years will also be provided, which are designed to equip teams with the tools and knowledge necessary to use and develop these technologies in an impartial, ethical, and inclusive manner, identifying and deconstructing biases.
