If you have concrete information or a reasonable suspicion, based on well-founded, precise, and detailed elements, that a violation as mentioned above has occurred or may occur, you can submit a detailed report through the Whistleblowing Platform. Please ensure you carefully review the Whistleblowing Policy (Italian language) published on the company intranet and Teoresi Group’s official website before making a report.
Please be aware that reports not falling within the scope of the mentioned Decree will not be pursued. Rest assured, the utmost confidentiality and protection of your personal data will be guaranteed.
