On January 26th, 2023, Teoresi has acquired HiFuture and BindingFuture, two companies strategic to the Group’s development and growth in particularly significant and socially impacting sectors, such as Life Science, Smart Mobility and Industry 4.0.
The goal of these operations is to expand the Group’s portfolio of expertise, enriching Teoresi’s competencies in software and Artificial Intelligence technologies with the highly specialized expertise of the two acquired companies related to the development of electronic hardware and firmware applications and web, cloud, and mobile solutions.
The acquisitions represent a growth opportunity for all the involved companies, creating a stronger and sounder Group through the increase of talents and development opportunities. The integration of specialized expertise within the current know-how represents an added value to continue promoting innovation within the Group and to bring it to the market, staying true to our mission: to be a trusted partner for customers in the development of cutting-edge technologies, all over the world.
