Innovation and Agile according to Teoresi: two talks at the University of Naples
On Friday, May 3rd, Teoresi will discuss innovation and agile methodologies through talks by Francesco de Nola and Carlo Riccio, as part of a seminar series on “Student startups ecosystem” within the Strategy and Entrepreneurship course led by Prof. Pierluigi Rippa in Management Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II.
The aim of these presentations is to provide students with an industrial perspective through an in-depth look at innovative practices adopted by Teoresi, with a focus on the role of agile methodologies in modern business management.
Francesco de Nola, Innovation Leader, will explore the strategies and architecture of innovation at Teoresi, focusing on the process by which the company translates innovative ideas into tangible projects that can create measurable value. He will also discuss internal initiatives, including the Innovation Hack Award, and open innovation activities such as funded projects and the Short Academy.
Carlo Riccio, Project Manager and Agile Coach, will address the theme of agile methodology and its impact on corporate project management. Through concrete examples, Carlo will describe the process of integrating the agile approach into Teoresi’s project management, to adapt to the changing needs of the market and create value within the company.
